Our Mission
We help high-traffic restrooms stay cleaner and easier to run.
The Bait Crate exists so guests have a simple place to dispose of small personal debris at the urinal, and so your team spends less time on messes nobody scheduled. We care about plumbing that keeps flowing, floors that stay cleaner, and staff who are not stuck doing work that should not be part of a normal night.
That is the whole point.
The problem we are solving
In bars, restaurants, and venues, restrooms take constant abuse. Nicotine pouches and gum often miss the trash can. When they land in a urinal, the outcome is predictable: gross cleanup, avoidable clogs, and hours you cannot get back.
We are not here to shame anyone. We are here to give facilities a practical tool that matches how restrooms actually get used.
Our Story
We are three childhood friends from Waterford, Wisconsin. We met in grade school and graduated high school together. College split us across three states. In September 2025 we reunited over lunch at a bar in Denver, Colorado, and the conversation turned into a restroom reality every venue knows: debris in the urinal and the maintenance that follows.
We built The Bait Crate as a two-part system at the urinal: a wall mount and a main portion your team can slide off, empty, and slide back on.
